Our Process

What happens next?

Request a free site survey:

Upon completion of the online quotation form, you can request a free site survey. An expert member of our team will visit your outdoor space to assess its suitability, while also allowing you the opportunity to browse our selection of styles and samples. Based on your choice of package, we will provide you with an updated estimation at this stage.
Once you are happy with your initial quote, you can reserve a start date for a cost of just £150. Please note lead times can range from 6 to 8 weeks.

We’ll carry out a detailed assessment:

Once you have reserved your start date, our experienced installation team will conduct a detailed assessment of your proposed plot. This will include surveying measurements, lighting and ground measurements. If you require an electrical supply to your pod, electrical connections will also be assessed.

Easy payments:

We require 40% of the balance to be paid 4 weeks before your scheduled start date, this will begin the manufacturing process. Upon delivery of the pod, we require a further 40% of the balance, with the remaining 20% being paid upon completion of the project.

How your garden pod will be constructed and installed:

We recommend that our larger pods are fitted on an insulated concrete base, our smaller designs can be installed on adjustable timber bearers and concrete piles The installation of an average base takes between two to three days, with the average cost of £1,650 + VAT for foundations for a 4.5m x 3.8m pod. At this stage of the installation, ducting and armoured cable will be installed in order to provide power to your pod.

Installation of structural insulated panels:

As standard, our structural insulated panels (SIPs) are insulated to a depth of 100m, which allows for year-round use. During this stage of the installation process, we will install electric points (three electrical points provided as standard).

Installation of roof:

Rubber roof systems are fitted onto all our pods as standard. Stylish modern steel roof system also available, please request to see our samples during on site survey.

Installation of windows and doors:

Whether you choose our aluminium or uPVC doors and windows for your garden pod, you can rest assured that they will be manufactured to the highest of standards. Certified A-rated, they maximise your energy efficiency and with a multi-point locking system, they protect your privacy and security. We also offer a glass-tinting service and security glass upgrades. If you are interested, please enquire during your site survey.
