Our garden pods are designed to be classed as outbuildings. They will therefore be considered as permitted development and planning permission will not usually be required. If you want to work out your permitted floor plan size, please allow 400mm from any structure or boundary.
If you require a CAD drawing, this can be supplied upon request. We do require a £180 deposit for this service.
Garden pods are ideal for use as music studios and home cinemas, so good acoustics are important. We offer certain design adjustments that allow for improved acoustics and noise reduction. If you would like more information about this service, please talk to our team.
If you require an electrical connection to your garden pod, we can supply you with an electrical connection quote. Once you are happy with this, we will need to connect your pod to an existing electrical box. This will involve our groundwork team digging a small channel which runs from your pod to either your house or garden to install ducting and cable. Upon completion of your garden pod installation, an electrician will attend to connect and install lighting.
We want your new garden room to look beautiful both inside and out. The internal walls of our garden pods are painted in white matt emulsion as standard, with a white satin finish on skirting boards.
We understand that you’ll want to use your garden pod all year round. That’s why we fit with our pods with an electric radiator as standard to ensure you can enjoy them whatever the weather. Heating upgrades are available.
We can design and create a garden pod that is completely bespoke to you. Just get in touch to tell us about your requirements.
